One of the things that I found most surprising in our chapter 7 is the franchising fees, some franchises charge up to $1,000,000 which I found too be incredibly high. I honestly thought $500,000 would be the highest.
I did not understand the checklist for estimating start-up expenses.
If I was to ask the author anything, it would be about taking cues from the third world. It names Indian consumers in the article but no two countries are the same. I would want him to include many countries, Africa to Japan to Canada to Australia.
I have to be honest, I did not agree with all the categories listed on emerging opportunities. Perhaps this varies on the country or area of the United States you live in but seeig exotic salads and organic fibers/textiles seems a little odd to me.
